Need Hyperion Production Support, IN

Position: Hyperion Production Support Consultant

Location: Columbus, IN

Duration: 6 to12 month

Required Skill set: 

Experience of infrastructure mgmt of Hyperion Financial Mgmt tools like FDM, DRM, shared server.
Good knowledge of Windows and IIS.
Sound knowledge of Solaris and oracle database.
Should have 4+years relevant experience .

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to work in 24*7 production support environment.
Monitoring services.
Maintenance of Infrastructure and application services
Incident Management - investigation fixing of issues related to Infrastructure that are reported or identified
Data fresh from production environment to Stage and Development
Application and database backups
Restoration of backup and recovery of Application
Applying patches for Hyperion services & Database.
Coordinating with Vendor for infrastructure related issues
Performance tuning for data servers and database (not for the HFM applications or application logic)
Break fixes
Minor enhancement ( installation of additional components, new features or any new servers )
Reviewing design with Architect team.
Building the required servers and infrastructure
Verifying H/w
installation of application and database
